nnnDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
n
nnBoard certification or board eligible in Urology from the American Board of Urology.
n
nnOregon medical license and DEA certificate
n
nnSpecialty training at an ACGME accredited facility.
n
nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
n
nnAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
