You'll practice at Emanuel Medical Center, a 209-bed community hospital with over a century of healing in the Central Valley and a bold commitment to advanced surgical technology, including the da Vinci Xi robotic platform with table motion. This is a full-time employed opportunity with a predictable schedule and the infrastructure of a well-resourced, Joint Commission–accredited facility behind you.
Position Highlights
Urology — full-time, employed position with First Choice Physician Partners
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with dedicated procedure days
50% inpatient / 50% outpatient split
Call schedule: 1:5
20+ patients per clinic day
Access to da Vinci Xi robotic platform with table motion
8 OR rooms plus 1 hybrid room on site
Affiliation with Stanford Medicine through the Emanuel Cancer Center / HEM-Onc program
300+ physicians on medical staff; 1,100-employee organization

Competitive compensation: $429,995–$645,744 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

MD or DO degree required
