Urologist, Stone & Reconstructive Specialist

We're seeking a Urologist specializing in stone disease and reconstructive procedures, who is committed to deep patient connection and thoughtful, whole-person care.
Role Responsibilities
Diagnose, manage, and surgically treat urinary stone disease and reconstructive urologic disorders
Perform endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open reconstructive surgeries
Collaborate with uro-oncology, nephrology, and primary care to develop multidisciplinary care plans
Contribute to quality improvement efforts, patient education, and preventive urology initiatives
Use EMR and telehealth tools to extend patient access and streamline care
Qualifications
MD or DO + accredited urology residency
Board-certified or eligible in Urology
Eligible for Alabama medical license
Strong surgical and procedural experience in reconstructive cases
Empathy, communication, and teamwork orientation
