Job description
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Urologist Physician at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will perform office‑based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney, and bladder health.
Join an established urology team with a large primary‑care referral base and built‑in referral system.
Treat a broad range of urological conditions, especially those affecting female patients.
Perform in‑clinic procedures including cystoscopy, bladder Botox injections, and ultrasound‑guided biopsy (transperineal and transrectal), with future incorporation of urodynamics.
Have operating room, admitting, and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 ORs, 4 equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.
Use Epic EMR for patient documentation.
Job Requirements
Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
Active or eligible Texas license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Completion of ACGME urology residency and fellowship.
American Board Certification and active BLS certification.
Preferred
Completed Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship.

Pay Range
$461,435 – $553,636 per year
