Job Title: Urologist
Join a community-based healthcare system as a Urologist, providing advanced urology services with access to two da Vinci robotic platforms (Xi and DV5 ) in a modern facility. The role involves managing a high-demand practice with room for subspecialty focus, including endourology, urologic oncology, andrology, and minimally invasive surgery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supported by a physician-led, not-for-profit organization. Key responsibilities include performing robotic and general surgeries, managing patient care, and contributing to a comprehensive urology service line with significant referral volume. The position offers predictable operating room access, integrated Epic EHR, and DAX ambient documentation to streamline workflow. The schedule features a flexible four-day workweek, with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours. Shared call duties include one weekday night and one weekend per month, with stipends available. Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in urology, and strong surgical and interpersonal skills.
