\ N Join a Collaborative Team of 1 Urologist and 3 NP’s
\ N NP’s See Patients in Clinic and Tee Up Cases for You
\ N Great Support Staff – 4RN’s, Great Retention, Skilled in Urology
\ N Built in Referral Pattern from Large Health System: Regional Service Area with 25 Clinics & 5 Hospitals
\ N Be as Busy as You Want to Be!
\ N 4-Day work week with Dedicated Block Time
\ N 50/50 Clinic and OR Time
\ N Ability to Subspecialize – Men's Health, URO GYN, URO ONC, etc
\ N Da Vinci Robot, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Rezum Therapy, UroNav, Urodynamics
\ N Epic EMR
$550,000 Guarantee Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Bonuses
