Job description
This nationally recognized health system is expanding its Urology service line and seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join an established team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs. The practice operates with protected OR block time, Da Vinci XI robotics, and a sustainable call structure, built for a urologist who wants to do impactful work without the burnout.
Position Highlights:
Practice structure: dedicated clinic days and protected OR block time.
Team-based model: 3 Urologists supported by 3 experienced APPs.
Sustainable workload: reasonable volumes with light, well-covered call.
Technology: Da Vinci XI robotics, advanced imaging, Epic EMR.
Compensation Highlights:
$100,000 student loan repayment.
$45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance.
75th Percentile Earning Potential: Base Salary + wRVU.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and 401(k).
