COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO) Guaranteed Base Salary: $625,000 + based on experience Production Bonus available when base salary goals are exceeded $100,000 Sign-On Bonus paid over 3 years ($33K annually) Up to $20,000 Relocation Assistance Multiple Loan Repayment Programs: Michigan State Loan Repayment Program HRSA/NHSC PSLF Eligible Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision Hospital-Paid Short-Term Disability HSA Life Insurance MERS Retirement with immediate vesting Employer contribution of 3.57% CME: 5 days and $3,800 annually Up to 25 PTO days plus 7 paid holidays RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO) Join an established, collaborative team with an existing Urologist and dedicated support staff Bread-and-Butter Urology with the option to utilize the DaVinci Robot Current Urologist sees approximately 22 patients per day New physician will build volume gradually with strong referral support Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Open to discussing a 4-day work week / four 10-hour shifts Strong administrative support and physician leadership Team-oriented culture that values autonomy and collaboration QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Minimum of one year of experience preferred DaVinci experience is a plus but not required Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working alone.
