Indiana University Health is seeking a General Urologist to join our team at IU Health West Hospital in Avon, IN!
This opportunity offers the rare combination of a nationally recognized academic medical center, a large and diverse referral base, and the resources of Indiana's largest integrated health system.
Physicians have the ability to build a subspecialty practice, care for complex patients, participate in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows, and practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Position Details: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Involved in 1 of 2 call pools that is covered by 12 other physicians in each pool.
80% outpatient 20% inpatient
Team includes 4 urologists and 4 APPs
Minimum Qualifications: MD/DO
Board eligible or board certified in urology
Indiana medical licensure or willingness to obtain
Compensation/Benefits 2-year guaranteed base salary then move to wRVU model
Quality bonus potential
Sign on bonus
$5,000 annual CME allowance
