Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its Urology Hospitalist team in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures in an inpatient setting as part of a dedicated, collaborative team. Enjoy exceptional work-life balance in four mild seasons in sunny southeastern Washington's Wine Country; the Tri-Cities region.
95% inpatient care
Shift based position
16 hours per month clinic time for hospital follow-up and post ops
7-on/7-off schedule
Support of IR and CR surgeons available
Generous OR time available
2 Davinci Robots, Aquablation, and lithotripsy available
2 years practice experience is required
H1b visa and 2028 J1 waiver eligible
PSLF eligible and complimentary student loan consultant
Generous recruitment incentives including $15,000 relocation, $5,000 annual CME
Compensation is between $511,699 and $700,000 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
