Job description
Position Overview
The role involves providing inpatient and outpatient urology care, including clinic and OR duties, with a focus on cystoscopy and surgical cases.
Responsibilities
Conduct clinics on Mondays and Wednesdays, perform surgeries in the OR on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, supported by NP and PA. Utilize laser and robotic technology as needed, with robotics optional. Manage patient care through the EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have proficiency in urological procedures, experience with surgical and clinic settings, and familiarity with EPIC EMR. Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
Key Duties
Provide comprehensive urology services, perform surgical procedures, support patient care in both inpatient and outpatient environments, and coordinate with support staff.
