All Star is seeking a Urologist to assist with locums in Arizona.
ASAP- Ongoing
2 days in clinic and 3 days performing surgery. No call coverage
Schedule 8-5 with an unpaid hour lunch M-F in clinic
Board Certified
AZ License or INLC
