Licensure: Michigan medical license or eligible, Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
Experience: Preferred 2+ years in Urology call coverage or hospital-based urology practice
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You'll Do
Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for urology patients
Manage inpatient urology consults and perform rounding on new admissions and inpatients as needed
Assist with common procedures such as kidney stone management, stent placement, hematuria management, and difficult catheter placements
Respond promptly to call-ins within 20-minute onsite response time
Document all call-back hours and clinical interactions accurately
Collaborate with hospital staff for timely patient care and discharge planning
What You Need
Valid Michigan medical license or eligible for licensure
Board certification or eligibility in Urology
2+ years of relevant hospital or clinical urology experience preferred
Ability to provide prompt onsite response and effective communication skills
Willingness to work a 24-hour call schedule with occasional rounding and patient management
