Job description
An award-winning, independent hospital is seeking a NP or PA with urology experience or training to launch and lead a new urology service line. You will work autonomously to see new patients, manage post-op and follow-up care, and perform procedures with strong RN and CNA support and an Epic EMR system.
The role offers a flexible schedule, including a 4-day work week, a signing bonus, CME stipend, relocation support, and generous PTO to promote work-life balance.
