Job description
Jackson Physician Search is assisting a regional Indiana hospital in hiring an NP or PA with urology experience to launch a new service line. You will independently manage new patients, postoperative and follow‑up care, and essential procedures with dedicated RN/CNA support.
Enjoy autonomy in a surgery‑focused environment, a flexible schedule including a 4‑day work week, wRVU bonuses, signing bonus, CME stipend, relocation assistance, and generous PTO. Epic EMR is used for documentation.
