Job description
Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is seeking a full-time Urology Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care in a state-licensed ambulatory setting. The role involves policy development, staffing, quality improvement, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing/Administrator to ensure compliance with HIPAA and AAAHC standards.
