Job description
Salary Range: $160k $180k (based on experience)
Are you a Spanish-speaking NP or PA looking for an outpatient role where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact? This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative urology-focused practice that values patient-centered care, strong communication, and professional development.
Both experienced urology providers and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply! Comprehensive training is available for clinicians who are eager to learn and build confidence in the specialty.
Role Highlights
Provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse, Spanish-speaking patient population
Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing management of urologic conditions
Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
Participate in a welcoming, team-oriented environment that prioritizes learning and support
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday Friday
Location: Manhattan (NYC)
Requirements
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (New York State)
Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
Interest in urology or surgical subspecialties
Prior urology experience preferred for higher compensation consideration
New graduates with strong clinical training and enthusiasm to learn are welcome!
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach to care
