Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Type of cases: clinic coverage-urology cases
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State License
