AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Urology team in a clinic-based, full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a nationally recognized health system committed to whole-person care.
Position Highlights 100% outpatient clinic-based role
Full-time schedule (Monday Friday; hours based on clinic needs)
Collaborative practice with experienced urologists and care teams
Established patient base with strong referral network
EMR: Epic
Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
Perform office-based procedures as appropriate
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on treatment and prevention strategies
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
Current Georgia licensure or eligibility
Experience in urology or related specialty preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
