NP/PA Neurology opening in Winchester, MA Located in Winchester, MA - Boston 10m; Burlington 10mFull-time; Permanent80% Outpatient / 20% InpatientSeeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNeurology Experience Preferred Overview: Join a collaborative Neurology team with a mix of ambulatory and hospital-based care Approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities Outpatient management of migraines, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, cognitive disorders and other neurologic conditions Provide post-hospitalization and longitudinal follow-up care Inpatient responsibilities include acute Neurology consults in the ED, ICU and hospital floors Perform daily inpatient rounding and manage post-stroke protocols Coordinate safe discharge plans and continuity of care Order and interpret neurologic testing including MRI, CT and EEG Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams Comp/Benefits: $113,776-$154,752 annual base salary Generous PTO Dedicated CME stipend Dedicated CME time off 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Comprehensive health system benefits Compensation based on experience, education, training and relevant certifications Group/Facility Info: Hospital-based and ambulatory Neurology practice Integrated inpatient and outpatient care model Access to ED, ICU and inpatient Neurology consultation services Multidisciplinary approach to stroke and neurological care Established outpatient practice managing a broad range of neurological conditions Part of a large integrated healthcare network with extensive specialty and subspecialty resources Collaborative environment supporting continuity between hospital and outpatient care About the Area: Winchester is an attractive suburban community approximately 10 miles north of downtown Boston, offering convenient access to the city while maintaining a quieter residential setting.
