Job description
WA leading healthcare system in Southwest Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified, da Vinci-trained Urologist to lead the development of a brand-new, full-service Urology Center.
Position Highlights:
Lead and build a newly established, full-service urology program
Craft your own clinical vision with strong administrative and system support
4-day work week with clinic and surgical time built in
Adult urology practice with balanced surgical and outpatient responsibilities
Shared call schedule (approximately 1:4 weekends)
Dedicated support team including nurses and advanced practice providers
Onsite multi-specialty referral base for seamless collaboration
da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery available
Epic EMR system across the health network
Opportunity to work with and mentor family medicine and internal medicine residents
Compensation/Benefits: Highly competitive base compensation with production potential
Total earning potential exceeding $850K
Sign-on bonus available
$200K retention bonus paid over 5 years
