Urology opening in Ashland, KYEmployment Type: Full-Time Telemedicine: No Practice Type: Hospital Employee Immigration Assistance: Accepts U.S. J1 & H1B Visas Loan Assistance: Yes Salary Range: $600,000 - $750,000/year Job Description Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist for a 465-bed regional healthcare system in Kentucky. The incoming physician will receive a guaranteed $600,000 salary, with potential for additional wRVU productivity and quality/customer incentives, bringing total income potential to $750k+. Paid malpractice and excellent benefits are included.This collegial practice features five urologists supported by experienced advanced providers. Physicians enjoy a flexible work schedule, manageable call, and seven weeks off annually. Practice Highlights Access to 40+ primary care clinics referring patients from a catchment area of 750,000 Dedicated urology surgery teams with robotics and quick room turnarounds On-campus Urology Procedure Center offering urodynamics, prostate seed implants, prostate biopsy, cystoscopy, stent removal, Aquablation, Urolift, and Bulkamid procedures EPIC EMR utilized system-wide Community Ashland, KY offers a safe, family-friendly environment with excellent schools, affordable living, and abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, cave exploration, hunting, and fishing.
