Urology NP/PA Opening Beverly, MABoston 25mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join established Urology practice in Beverly, MassachusettsPosition Highlights:Primarily outpatient Urology practiceOpportunity to perform independent clinical activitiesInpatient consult responsibilitiesPotential operating room involvementFull-time schedule (40 hours per week)No call responsibilitiesNo weekend coverageTelehealth visit opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative practice environmentDedicated clinical support staff including: - Nurses - Medical Assistants - Administrative personnelOpportunity to work closely with experienced Urologists while maintaining clinical autonomyResponsibilities:Evaluate and manage urology patients in the outpatient settingPerform comprehensive histories and physical examinationsDevelop and implement treatment plansManage follow-up care and ongoing patient monitoringPerform inpatient consultations as neededParticipate in telehealth servicesPotential involvement in surgical and procedural careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationQualifications:Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programBoard certification as NP or PAMassachusetts licensure or eligibility by hire dateUrology experience preferredAbility to work independently and manage patient care autonomouslyStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $133,120 - $215,000 annuallyCompensation based on experience, education, certifications, and responsibilitiesCME allowance and dedicated CME timeLicensure reimbursement and professional expense supportComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesStrong clinical and administrative support structureCommunity Highlights:Located in Beverly, MassachusettsCoastal North Shore community with access to beaches, boating, and outdoor recreationApproximately 30 miles north of BostonExcellent schools and family-friendly neighborhoodsRich cultural, dining, and recreational opportunitiesEasy access to Boston's academic, healthcare, and professional resources
