Job description
An established healthcare organization in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its outpatient Urology practice.
Position Highlights:
Full-time outpatient Urology
Work alongside 2 experienced Urologists with a supportive clinical team
Evaluate, diagnose and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
Develop evidence‑based treatment plans
Order and interpret labs, imaging and other diagnostic studies
Perform office‑based urologic procedures within scope of practice
Provide follow‑up care, patient education and counseling
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Assist with follow‑up of test results, imaging, patient questions and clinical communications
Maintain accurate and efficient electronic medical record documentation
Optional hospital call available for additional compensation
Opportunity to expand clinical experience through optional hospital coverage

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current Massachusetts PA license or eligibility for licensure
NCCPA certification required
DEA registration or eligibility
Urology experience strongly preferred
Candidates with surgical or specialty outpatient experience will also be considered
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
