Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urology Location: Cooperstown, NY Full-Time Position A progressive academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Urology Division.Position Highlights: Join an established team of 3 surgeons and 3 advanced practice clinicians Involvement in clinic, hospital, and OR coverage Surgical call with stipend Prior surgical experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $121,000 - $145,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 Hospital-employed model with competitive salary Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan Paid malpractice, CME time and allowance, and generous PTO Supportive transition bonus Virtual scribe support and in-basket coverage for improved work-life balance Clear leadership pathways for Advanced Practice CliniciansQualifications: National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NY State Licensure BLS and DEA certification requiredLocated in a picturesque lakeside village in Central New York, this community offers four-season recreation, cultural activities, and a high quality of life within driving distance of Albany, Syracuse, and other major Northeast cities.
