Compensation & Benefits :
-Total Compensation in the $800k plus range
Sign-On Bonus
$100,000 student loan repayment, maximum $20,000/year over 5 years
Relocation assistance
401(k) Retirement Plan 5% match
$3500 CME Allowance
Qualifications :
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BC/BE in Urology
Licensure: Must have Illinois Medical license
Sponsorship: J1 or H1B
