Shift: Clinic and surgical hours, light call schedule ( 7 days/month)
Hours/Week: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent
Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible), board certification in Urology preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency experience, no new graduates or LOCUM/locum-to-perm candidates
Travel & Reimbursements: Provided when applicable
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Confirmed hourly rate; total annual salary based on full-time hours)

What You ll Do
Diagnose and manage various urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs
Perform surgical procedures in a modern operating suite
Conduct hospital and ER consultations, working with other specialists
Collaborate with an experienced urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based setting
Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options
Maintain accurate documentation following hospital and professional standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
Support a community-oriented hospital committed to excellent patient care
What You Need
Active medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
Board certification in Urology (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
