Job description
Montefiore Nyack Hospital seeks a physician to provide direct patient care and act as a consistent care coordinator across the continuum of care at Highland Multi Specialty Clinic in Nyack, NY.
You will assess physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs, document care and collaborate with hospital staff and community physicians to ensure appropriate evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Flexible opportunities for per diem, part-time and full-time roles available.
