Experience: 0+ years (new grads welcome if qualified)
Pay & Benefits:Pay package: Highly competitive salary, starting at $25,000 to $50,000 above Birmingham, AL salaries (exact pay discussed upon application)
Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses, signing bonus of $100,000

What You ll Do:Provide general Urological care and procedures
Manage patient consultations, diagnostics, and follow-ups
Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals
Participate in weekend call rotation (1 in 6)
Utilize in-office lab services for patient convenience
Engage with a vibrant community and growing patient base
What You Need:
Required:
Medical license in Alabama or ability to obtain
Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Preferred:
Prior Urology practice experience
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
