Urology opening in Dyer, INLocated in Dyer, IN - Chicago 30m; Gary 20m; South Bend 85mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BE Overview: Join a well-established Urology practice in Northwest Indiana Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with hospital rounding Shared 1:7 call rotation Average outpatient volume of 20-25 patients per day Average inpatient census of 5-10 patients per day Robotic and laparoscopic experience preferred Treat a broad range of urologic conditions including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, urinary obstruction, hematuria, and urinary incontinence Perform a variety of procedures including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, robotic prostatectomy, laparoscopic nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, TURBT, bladder biopsy, PVP, and ureteral stent placement Collaborative, patient-centered practice focused on clinical excellence and quality outcomes Comp/Benefits: Competitive compensation with income guarantee and productivity incentives Recruitment bonus, relocation assistance, commencement, and retention packages Paid malpractice insurance 27 days of paid time off 5 additional paid CME days with annual CME stipend Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and legal insurance Retirement plans including 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) Short- and long-term own-occupation disability coverage Customized physician marketing support Leadership and committee development opportunities Group/Facility Info: Established Urology practice within a large multispecialty physician network Strong referral base and collaborative physician environment Part of one of the Midwest's largest nonprofit healthcare systems More than 1,000 employed physicians and advanced practice providers 12 hospitals and over 260 care locations across Indiana Physician-focused culture with nationally recognized Centers of Healthcare Excellence About the Area:Dyer is a desirable Northwest Indiana community located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.
