Urology Position
AMN is partnered with a well-established not-for-profit health system serving Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicagoland region. The system continues to expand urology services and invest heavily in specialty care programs.
Position Overview
• Hospital-employed urology position
• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service
o 1:6 call rotation
• Flexible practice structure allowing physicians to tailor volume and productivity goals
• Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices
Compensation
• Generous base salary: plus production bonuses
o 800K+ earning potential
• Significant earning potential depending on productivity and practice style
• Sign-on bonus, relocation and/or fellowship stipend available
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Eligibility for public service loan forgiveness (PSLF)
