Urology - Eureka, California Assignment Overview Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours + call
Trauma Level: III
Patients per Shift: 20
Schedule & Call Call Type: Beeper Call
Call Response Time: 20-30 minutes
Licensure & Credentialing License:
California License - Required (willing to obtain accepted)
CA Fluoro Certification - Required or in progress
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) - Required Training Requirements Fellowship: Female Urology - Required
Certifications ACLS - Required
Practice Details EMR: Epic
Key Recruiter Notes Candidates must be open to obtaining CA licensure and CA Fluoro
Fellowship training is a hard requirement
