Urologist - Hospital-Employed
$600K Base + Productivity 8 Days Call Robotic Surgery
Compensation & Benefits
$600,000 base salary plus production bonus
Up to $100,000 commencement/relocation bonus
$1,500/month fellowship stipend (if applicable)
27 days PTO plus 5 days CME

Position Overview
Join a 4-physician urology team (2 outpatient, 2 inpatient)
8 days of call per month with single-hospital coverage
Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 robots
11-suite main OR plus 6-suite outpatient surgery center
268-bed independent hospital with 100+ physicians and a 300,000-person regional draw
