Locums Urology Fort Wayne, IN (IN license or IMLC)Why This RoleIN license or IMLC acceptedDefined 7-on/7-off blocks24-hour beeper callTemporary privileges availableAdult and pediatric urologyAssignment DetailsDates: January 1, 2027-ongoingSchedule: 7 days on/7 days off; 24-hour coverage, 7 a.m.-7 a.m.Call: Beeper; 20-minute response timeCoverage type: Hospital call coverage; additional clinical duties to be confirmedVolume: Approximately 10 patients per shift; 5 phone consults listedSetting: Trauma center hospitalDuties: Assigned/unassigned patient rounding and admissionsSupport: 1 RN, 1 MA, and 2 office staffEMR: Athena / CernerCredentialing: Approximately 60 daysClinical DetailsRequired: Adult and pediatric general urology, including advanced pediatric surgeryAdvanced endoscopy, laparoscopy, PCNL, ureteroscopy, and ESWLRadical cystectomy with ileal conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomyPartial nephrectomy with intraoperative ultrasound, pelvic node dissection, and adrenalectomyRenal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, fertility evaluation, and incontinence proceduresPreferred: Robotic surgery and neonatal urologyPenile prosthesis and renal transplant surgery not requiredNo APP or resident supervision requiredRequirementsBC/BE UrologyActive Indiana license or IMLCATLS and BLSActive DEAAbility to meet a 20-minute call response timeIf you're interested, please send - Updated CV - Current availability - Active state license(s) - IMLC Status - Preferred rate (We submit whatever rate would make the assignment work for you.
