Job description Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for long term locum coverage at a inpatient/outpatient facility located in Gettysburg, PA
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from 03/01/2027 to ongoing
This assignment includes outpatient clinic/Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage, general urology and procedures, and no on call or weekend.
Locum Physician - Urology Gettysburg, PA
Shift:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Start Date: 03/01/2027
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch.
Mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic. Daytime hospital call may include rounding, consults, OR and occasionally adding on to clinic.
Patient Population: Adults; no pediatrics
Setting: Clinic, Hospital and OR
Responsibilities: Hospital rounds, consultations, OR coverage, clinic visits and urology procedures
Required Procedures: General urology and ureteroscopies
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 3 Medical Assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
Days Per Month: Coverage for 6 weeks each month
On-Call/Weekends: No nighttime or weekend call; daytime hospital call only when scheduled
Required Procedures and Skills General Urology
Ureteroscopies
Hospital rounding and consultations
OR coverage
Clinic-based urology care
Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
DEA required
Minimum 3 years of experience
Epic experience in a clinic setting required
