Job description
Tenet Healthcare is partnering with an established private urology practice in Phoenixs West Valley to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist . This high- volume practice offers immediate patient demand, access to Da Vinci robotic surgery and Aquablation technology , and the opportunity to join a collaborative team in one of the fastest- growing healthcare markets in the Southwest.
Join a respected multi- physician private urology group with strong hospital alignment, advanced surgical technology, and a well- established referral network serving the rapidly expanding communities of Goodyear, Surprise, Buckeye, and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
Position Highlights
Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs
Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ) directly adjacent to inpatient services and ORs
Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus (approximately 20-25 minutes away)
Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available
Aquablation technology available
Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStim therapy
Established referral base with immediate volume
Schedule & Clinical Structure
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
3 Clinic Days 2 OR Days
40 patients per clinic day
Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient 25% Inpatient 10% Rounding
Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners
Weekend coverage: 1 in 4
Residents and fellows encouraged to apply. Visa sponsorship considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
Comfortable in a high-volume clinical and surgical environment

Comfort with minimally invasive and robotic procedures a plus
