Urology Openings in Indiana Located in Hobart, Indiana - 30-45 minutes from downtown Chicago.About the Position Established urology opportunity in Northwest Indiana offering a balanced practice with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Join a collaborative group of physicians in a supportive, well-resourced environment with flexibility to shape your practice based on your clinical interests.Practice Details -Full-time, permanent position-Mix of inpatient and outpatient care-Monday-Friday flexible work schedule-Clinic volume flexible-Call rotation of 1:4-Group practice setting with strong mentorship and collaboration-EPIC EMR utilized across inpatient and outpatient settings-AI-enabled EMR functionality-Fully integrated, advanced health system infrastructureCandidate Requirements -Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology-Subspecialty interests encouraged-Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settingsCompensation and Benefits -Highly competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines-Productivity and quality-based bonus opportunities-Sign-on bonus available-Medical, dental, and vision insurance-403(b) retirement plan with employer match-Generous CME allowance-Licensure reimbursement including license, CSR, DEA, and dues/subscriptions-Flexible paid time off totaling 6 weeksLocation Highlights -Located 30-45 minutes from downtown Chicago-Access to world-class dining, museums, and cultural attractions-Enjoy suburban living with proximity to a major metropolitan areaAdditional Information -Target start date is approximately 90-120 days after offer acceptance due to credentialing process
