Job description
Medical Center seeking BC/BE Urologist to join their team in western West Virginia.
Highlights:
Level II Trauma Center
Join cohesive group of two experienced urologists and three APPs
Call shared with urologists and APPs
Balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days
Hospital employed in a not-for-profit healthcare system
General urology; cases and resources available for niche subspecialties
Urology services include advanced robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, pediatrics, minimally invasive office procedures, percutaneous stone surgery, advanced prostate cancer treatment, on top of bread-and-butter urology
Vast referral network and patient base, hit the ground running
Perioperative support provided by APPs within the practice
Supportive administration that focuses on physician well-being
Two da Vinci robots
Block OR Schedule
Cerner EMR
Compensation/Benefits:
Strong compensation structure with a 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentive
