Job description
A well-established physician-led medical group in Northeast Tennessee is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing practice supported by a strong regional referral base and advanced surgical technology.
Position Highlights : Hospital-employed urology practice within a growing regional network of 750+ providers
Work alongside an experienced robotics and surgical team
State-of-the-art OR access with da Vinci XI robotic surgical system
Dedicated urologic OR support team for cystoscopy and robotic procedures
Newly constructed clinical space with seamless hospital access
Strong, established referral base across a large multi-city service region
Guaranteed base salary with productivity and performance bonuses
Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement (403b)
Loan repayment options negotiable
