With a balanced OB/GYN mix, you ll see an average of 20 patients daily and enjoy primary labor support from certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners who handle routine gynecologic care. Advanced protocols and technology, including remote fetal monitoring, JADA systems, and tele-neonatology support, ensure you have the tools to provide safe, effective care. Low C-section rates, experienced L&D nurses, and streamlined administrative support foster a positive practice environment. Backed by seasoned perinatologists and a dedicated practice manager, this role offers both professional fulfillment and financial security, with a $400K base salary, sign-on bonus, and no state income tax.
Position, Compensation & Organization:
Hospital-employed with full clinical autonomy
$400,000 base salary + sign-on bonus
Balanced OB/GYN practice with 20 patients daily
