Locums - Longview, Washington, Urology Opening
Clinical Role
ASAP startInpatient and outpatient Urology coverageCoverage needed due to a gap in staffingApproximately 18 patients per dayClinic and hospital/OR coverageProvider will work independentlyBoth hospital and clinic privileges required Schedule & Call
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pmTypical non-call week: approximately 4 clinic days and 1 OR dayTypical call week: 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 7 days of 24-hour callAdministrative/off day built into call-week schedule7 days of call per monthBeeper call with approximately 0-4 after-hours calls/texts10-minute return-call response timeApproximately 30-minute response radius Practice Setting & Case Mix

Epic EMR Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified in Urology requiredActive Washington license must be in hand at presentationIMLC not currently acceptedBLS and ACLS required through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, as applicableFast-track or urgent credentialing anticipated What's great about Longview, Washington?
