We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving private practice partnership in Lubbock, Texas!

About the Group:
Established, high-volume private Urology practice with locations in North and South Lubbock
Large referral base with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state referrals
Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers delivering comprehensive urologic care
Cutting-edge urologic practice utilizing the latest procedures and technologies
Strong patient demand with new referrals directed to incoming physicians

Competitive base salary based on MGMA data with strong first-year guarantee
Exceptional earning potential exceeding $1.2M annually after year one (fee-for-service model)
$50,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance

About the Role:
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a high-volume setting
Maintain high-quality, timely documentation and patient-centered care
Participate in practice growth and development initiatives
No required city call, with optional participation if desired
Background:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and private practice growth
