BC/BE Urologist - Exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Urologist to join a not-for-profit health care system deeply rooted in the local community. The flagship hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility serving as the sole community hospital in the region.

With a strong team of dedicated providers spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine Residents, the organization has built a robust referral base to support Urology specialists and ensure strong patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive Signing bonus and annual commitment payment starting year two Paid on-call duties: 10 days or less per month Flexible paid vacation Moving allowance CME stipend: $5,000 plus 5 paid days Health, life, and dental insurance Fully paid long-term and short-term disability 403(b) retirement program with employer match 457(b) retirement plan Paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage Cell phone allowance Paid Indiana medical, DEA, and CSR licenses Up to two medical organization memberships
