Position Overview Join a thriving, physician-owned Urology practice in one of Montana's most desirable metropolitan communities. This is a unique opportunity to become a true partner with ownership opportunities in the practice, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and real estate assets , while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.

Practice & Partnership Highlights Partnership track after just 1 year
Ownership opportunities in ASC and real estate assets
Equal profit-sharing model among physician partners
Established, respected practice with strong referral networks and limited regional competition
4-day workweek - 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days
Full-spectrum Urology with a strong surgical focus
Access to 2 surgical robots, an ASC, and 2 hospitals
Light 1:4 call, moving to 1:5

6 weeks PTO

Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
General Urology with an interest in surgery
