Urologist Opportunity - $625K+ Potential $50K Sign-On Established Demand Louisiana

AMN Healthcare has been retained to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a growing urology program in Southern Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a General Urologist seeking strong patient demand, significant earning potential, and an established practice with immediate volume.
Join three established urologists in a busy, community-based program where patients currently experience 1-2.5 month wait times for urology services. With approximately 800 wRVUs per month per provider, the incoming physician will have the opportunity to quickly build a productive practice.
Urologist Compensation & Benefits $625,000+ total income potential
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$80,000 student loan repayment
4 weeks of PTO
CME allowance
Strong existing patient demand and immediate volume
Urology Practice Highlights Join 3 established Urologists
High-demand practice with 1-2.5 month patient wait times
Approximately 800 wRVUs per month per provider
Broad General Urology practice
Mix of outpatient clinic, urologic procedures, and surgery
Opportunity to expand urology services throughout an underserved region
Regional outreach clinic in Morgan City, Louisiana, approximately 1-2 days per week
Urologist Schedule 4-day clinic schedule, Monday-Thursday
Fridays reserved for procedures and/or a light clinic schedule
Shared Q5 call, progressing toward Q6 as the team grows
Post-call time off
Urologist Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Strong General Urology skills
Team-oriented physician interested in growing a community-based urology program
New graduates and experienced Urologists are encouraged to inquire
