Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a full-time Urologist in the beautiful Hudson Valley area, with practice opportunities in New Windsor and Poughkeepsie. Be part of a well-established Urology Division with a team of 15 Urologists across four locations, offering a collaborative environment with diverse expertise in various urologic subspecialties. This role is perfect for those looking to combine general urology practice with advanced surgical technology in a supportive, physician-led private multispecialty group.
Responsibilities Engage in a mix of outpatient clinic work, hospital rounding, and surgical responsibilities.
Perform office-based procedures and operative cases.
Collaborate with a strong referral network generated by a large primary care and specialty physician base.
Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.
Access to robotic surgery capabilities and a growing robotic program.
Opportunity to perform Aquablation procedures for BPH management.
Requirements MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited Urology Residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
Active New York license or ability to obtain.
DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Strong surgical, clinical, and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient-centered care philosophy.
Experience with robotic surgery preferred but not required.
Residents and fellows completing training are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits $400,000-$500,000 base salary.
30% collections-based incentive model.
