Job description
Baptist Health Care, located in Pensacola, Florida, is currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our group! Ideal candidates include physician seeking collaborative team consisting of four physicians and three advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights
Established Urology practice with a multispecialty physician network including Primary Care, Oncology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and many more!
70+ primary care providers within Baptist with robust referral network
DaVinci robotics and dedicated OR time
Transitioning to EPIC electronic medical record system Spring 2028
Compensation Package Includes
Competitive Base Salary + wRVU bonus (no productivity cap)
