Job DescriptionHealthcare United is seeking Urology Physicians to join a growing hospital-affiliated practice in East Central Illinois. Two full-time positions are available across the Mattoon and Effingham locations. The opportunity offers strong earning potential, practice autonomy, procedural volume, and the ability to develop a practice around the physician’s clinical interests.
The position offers a $700,000+ base salary with productivity incentives, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, a $100,000 retention bonus, and quality incentives of up to $50,000. Additional benefits include 33 paid days off, 5 CME days, a $6,000 annual CME allowance, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage.
