DaVinci Robotic Surgery platform available
Epic EMR
Four operating rooms with planned expansion underway
Dedicated nursing and support staff
Opportunity to work alongside Family Medicine residents and participate in physician education
Strong physician autonomy with supportive hospital leadership
4-day work week
20-25 patients per day
Flexible shared call schedule of approximately 1:4 to 1:5

Compensation: Base compensation of $620,000
wRVU production incentive model
$20,000 annual quality bonus
Earning potential of $700,000+
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
$100,000 retention bonus paid over 5 years ($20,000 annually)

Candidate Parameters: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Eligible for Washington medical licensure
