Perm Urologist - General Urology in Saginaw, MI

Shift: Standard daytime (shifts to be discussed)
Hours/week: Full-time

License/Certs: Medical license in Michigan, Board Certified in Urology
Experience: Prior urology clinical experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do:Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis and treatment of general urological conditions
Perform laparoscopic procedures and other surgical interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including uro-oncologists and other specialists
Manage outpatient and inpatient services at a leading regional facility
Participate in on-call duties (currently 1:4 ratio)
Engage in patient education, documentation, and follow-up
Contribute to a patient-centered, quality-focused practice environment
What You Need:
Required:
Medical license in Michigan
Board Certification in Urology (American Board of Urology or equivalent)
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Experience in laparoscopic and general urology procedures
Preferred:
Leadership skills and experience in building or managing a practice
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
